High tide - mid afternoon
People fly by in the traffics boom
Knowing - just where you're blowing
Getting to where you should be going.
Don't let them get you down
Making you feel guilty about
Golden rain will bring you riches
All the good things - you deserve now. (Right now)
Climbing forever trying
Find your way out - of the wild wild wood
Now theres no justice
You've only yourself - that you can trust in
And I said - high tide - mid afternoon
People fly by in the traffics boom
Knowing - just where you're blowing
Getting to where you should be going.
Day by day your world fades away
Waiting to feel - all the dreams that say
Golden rain will bring you riches
All the good things - you deserve now - and I say
Climbing forever trying
You're gonna Find your way out - of the wild wild wood
Said you're gonna find you way out - of the wild wild wood.
step 6) add square brackets to start of each line and add track details

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
__fell's method:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. locate an mp3 of your chosen song, convert it so that its bitrate is 128Kbps
(i use this converter:
http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/products/dv ... er.htm)" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
locate the lyrics for the song and copy them.
2. go here
http://www.lrcgenerator.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, type in the title and artist in the boxes, copy the lyrics into the large box underneath
at this point you may want to edit the lyrics slightly; if there are lots of short lines you may want to combine them into one longer one with commas, if there is a long line you may want to split it in two, also if you want two lines to appear on screen at the same time, one above the other, put them in one line with \n between them.
3. click 'synchronise', open your music player with the song ready to play. click play on the player and 'song start' on the webpage as close together as you can. just before the first line plays, click 'next line'. this will move the lyrics along, click just before each line for the rest of the lyrics.
when finished, click 'generate'
4. you will get a text file that looks like this:
[ti:Jessica]
[ar:Adam Green]
[la:en]
[re:LRCgenerator.com]
[ve:v0.91]
[00:11.60]Jessica Simpson, where has your love gone, its not in your music, no.
[00:22.29]You need a vacation, to wake up the cavemen and take them to Mexico.
[00:33.52]Jessica, Jessica Simpson, you've got it all wrong.
[00:44.24]Your fraudulent smile, the way that you faked it the day that you died.
[00:54.21]My body's in shambles encrusted with brambles \nthat sharpen the air I breathe.
[01:04.75]What's on the menu, Jessica can you, take down my order please.
[01:15.36]Jessica, Jessica Simpson, you've got it all wrong.
[01:25.55]Your fraudulent smile, the way that you faked it \nthe day that you died.
[01:35.43]Tomorrow get's closer, a purple bulldozer \nis calling you on the phone.
[01:45.73]Your love life precedes you, your son-in-law feeds you, \ninjections of cortisone.
[01:56.19]Jessica, Jessica Simpson, you've got it all wrong.
[02:06.51]Your fraudulent smile, the way that you faked it the day that you died.
[02:16.44]Jessica Simpson where has your love gone, \nits not in your music, so where has it gone then Jessica?
[02:21.44]---
http://www.LRCgenerator.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ---
edit it so it looks like this:
[ti:Jessica]
[ar:Adam Green]
[00:11.0]Jessica Simpson, where has your love gone, its not in your music, no.
[00:22.5]You need a vacation, to wake up the cavemen and take them to Mexico.
[00:34.5]Jessica, Jessica Simpson, you've got it all wrong.
[00:44.5]Your fraudulent smile, the way that you faked it the day that you died.
[00:54.0]My body's in shambles encrusted with brambles \nthat sharpen the air I breathe.
[01:04.0]What's on the menu, Jessica can you, take down my order please.
[01:16.5]Jessica, Jessica Simpson, you've got it all wrong.

[02:16.0]Jessica Simpson where has your love gone, \nits not in your music, so where has it gone then Jessica?
*note that the times have been rounded to the nearest half a second*
*also it is good to run through the song again and visually check that the timings are right*
5. save your text file like this: adam-green_jessica.lrc
rename your mp3 file: adam-green_jessica.mp3
*the names must match*
(use your own artist/song obviously
)
6. add all your created songs to a zip file, upload the file to a file sharing site and post a link in the 'place your created songs here' thread
job done
a few other things:
250 character line limit
you can remove the text from the screen (for big gaps in lyrics) by inserting a time but leaving the bit after it blank
