I joined in on L4D a little late last night... most were talking of the number of tanks they had during the last few rounds.

I was surprised to see 2 tanks on the same round a couple of times. Considering they weren't the finale rounds it made for short but entertaining rounds....

Anyone else seen this?

Was Jase logged in, by any chance?

That fella loves to spawn tanks!

I think I was part of that game. Had tanks on all stages (multiple on a few) and most were spawned within the first ~7% of the maps. It was actually hilarious and it made the game move a lot faster (dying early) and more even than usual as we were pretty much all decimated.

Nah.. no console commands showed up.. just one of those glitches.

One round had 2 tanks back-to-back because I died from the flames with the tank just as I was losing control. So the control was shifting to bosco, but since the tank was no more, the AI director decided "what the heck, let's give 'em another one for shits and giggles". We didn't have 2 tanks like that next round and they managed to survive them anyway, good on ya.
In short, last night was pretty much like this:

Seems like tonight's got lots of tanks in it again. Either there's been a surge of indian tanks breeding all over the place or someone's determined to kill survivors at every turn.
At least it's not as bad as yesterday (we have lube )

What actually happened was that Jased fiddled with the Director's cat's sister (who is also a cat)........of course, Jased claims it was completely consentual!
