Here is just a little something for anyone who seems to be missing a number of their shots and are looking for a possible solution.
Mouse acceleration is when you move the mouse 3 inches and turn 100 degrees, but if you move the same 3 inches faster than before, you'll turn 180 degrees. This liddle 'ol program will disable this feature and is often reccomended by many gamers.
You'll do just fine I'd say without it if you want, but if you are a Sniper or Scout enthusiast, this may help with a lot of those shots you keep over or under aiming at
It'll feel very odd at first playing with this, and a lot slower to turn (I went so far as to go up to 1200dpi from 800) but you should improve in due time.

800 to 1200.. wow.. I'm on 2000 and turn mine down to 1600 when scouting and feeling tired!

using this at the minute and to be honest i don't notice a huge change. but then again my mouse aint very exciting! don't have them fancy dpi thingy mac bobs

while i didn't notice much difference in tf2.. (guess i use a very high sensitivity anyway) i did notice a difference in l4d had to up the sensitivity a lot..
