yah new problem for me how do i fix?

steam startup () failed: steamstartup (0xf, 0x0012 e5bc) failed with error 1 : failed to take master pipe connection lock

p.s.
TF2 was working on first loadup but i had to minimise and close tf2 cause i ended up having 6 mumble windows going at once, also firefox was running with a game Called "evony"( that is a piece of shite that pisses me off, 1 of the reasons why i aint playing so much atm) which i wasnt allowed to close which was probably sucking process power.

Usually I get that when I'm trying to use steam tools without logging on.
Make sure to load steam, rather than pressing TF2, then once It's loaded, load TF2.
