Anyone working in a big company in England/Ireland?

My sister (19 years) is searching for a practical, internship, hands on training whatever you are calling it.
She has finished school with great success and is searching for some managment/buisness pracital before she applies for university later this year. She just came back from 5 months in Uganda, Africa.
Anything from 2 weeks two 2 months works fine for her.
If anyone in Ireland or England is working in any company where he thinks she could apply or anything just send me an pm :)

Though maybe someone of you had an idea or a company, no suggestion is bad.

VMware here in Cork have a German team if she wanted a door into IT.

Would be a possibility.
