Spies and TF2

How does TF2 deside who the spy is going to be when they take someone name. For example, If I was a pryo and there was 4 others as pryo, what factor makes the spy pick my name? I seem to be on the top of the spy list of names. Happens almost every game.

Good question, I wanted to know the answer too, so here's what I have found so far:

The name you appear under to the enemy while disguised, is the name of an enemy player that is playing the same class as the one you chose. If the enemy does not have the class you disguised as, it randomly picks any opposing players name (note this happens every time you change disguises).

the game gives you a random name of one of the enemy players using the class you chose

So I guess if you see your name more often, probably spies like your class.
