TF2 sounds?

Anyone happen to know a way/guide to extract all TF2 game sounds as easy-access mp3 (or similar) files? Google's coming up dry about it and I can't dig around in my steam folder while at work.
search for gfc scape
Browse it to steam>steamapps
you can extract all sounds with it from steam>steamapps - teamfortress2materials.gfc (not sure right now if its this one or tf2 content gfc)
