This lottery does not involve scrapmetal, but actual hats! Buying tickets this time will cost you one hat, but you can gain up to 10 hats! And with 5 winners being drawn, you have a 1 in 5 chance of winning!

Rules
1. 25 tickets available.
2. Each ticket costs 1 unique hat. Meaning you can only enter with a hat that no one else has entered with yet. This way we will end up with 25 different hats.

4. If you want to enter, you post in this thread saying you want a ticket, which number you want, and with what hat you are gonna pay.
5. There is a Maximum of 1 ticket per person. This may be subject to change if it turns out to be hard to sell every ticket.
6. Numbers will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. If the number you ask for is already taken then your entire post will be ignored. It is down to you to make a new post with a number not already taken.
7. DO NOT EDIT ANY POSTS, edited posts will be ignored.
8. All tickets must be paid for by all entrants before the draw will take place.
9. You pay for your ticket by trading with the organiser in charge of the lottery and that person ONLY. It is your responsibility to ensure the person you are trading with is the correct organiser.
10. It is your responsibility to pay for your ticket before the draw date/time. If you frequently fail to pay for tickets you may be excluded from future lotterys.
11. The following website will be used to generate the random winning numbers between 1 and 25. http://www.random.org/integers/
12. The winning numbers will be announced on mumble and the main server at the time of the draw and a screenshot of the results posted in the thread soon after.
13. Five winners will be drawn, and prizes will be distributed in this manner:
Winner 1 - wins 10 hats (1st pick)
Winner 2 - wins 6 hats (2nd pick)
Winner 3 - Wins 4 hats (3rd pick)

Winner 5 - wins 2 hats (whats left)
