Not exactly a server problem

More of a template bug on these fora.
Cleared cache, reloaded a few times but this remained:
In Firefox 3.0.6:
In IE7:
I could only see the problem in front of that section but there were only new posts in some.
Anyone else seeing it or is it just me?
