Mail Server issues

Hi all,
I've received an email from someone trying to sign up to the forum, but their confirmation email never appears and when they try to "Contact Admin", the mail they send gets bounced.
As I know nothing of such things, I thought I'd post this messgae in case anyone actually understands what I'm trying to say!
