In Germany you can easily see when nothing really happened or they wanna distract from political grievances - they report about Nazis or fighting dogs. It´s hilarious.
PS acc topic: I don´t think it´ll protect women using that thingy nor will it discourage anyone that is determined on such an act. Same as teargas - will only alloy the situation in most cases.
