Found an interesting one:

These are the new Bots that valve has added for Team Fortress 2. These are only test bots but are still epic! Sorry for reduced quality windows Movie maker eats dick.

Console codes:
tf_bot_add (adds a bot)
nav_generate
(generates bot navigation for maps, please note that they do not function well on CTF or PLR maps as of yet!)

I tried them on Garbage Day (KOTH), they're not bad.

Edit: actually you only have to type

sv_cheats 1; nav_generate; sv_cheats 0; retry

once per map, computed data is saved to disk. Then you can a series of tf_bot_add to fill the server up with bots. They automatically change classes, eg. to avoid too many of the same class.
