Well there last update wasnt very promising.... need a fix to fix the fecking fix so they can fix the problem with the fix

Stealthed spies are no longer able to pickup the intelligence. They must uncloak first
Finally! I sucked a lot because of picking up random intels...
Increased soldier primary ammo count from 16 to 20
Every soldier's gonna love this. :)

Slight reduction (improvement) of the minigun's spread
This is gonna help heavies suck less against Soldiers and Demomen. :) (I think.)
Increased flare direct hit damage from 20 to 30
So pyros can be happy too. :) Not much though but it's cool.

And can someone interpret the critical hit calculation? Looks like it's less likely to crit than before, but it's too mathematical to me...

Ive been told the crit chance has been changed from around 5% to 2%.

Also I think it used to be that your crit chance increases to 20% if you do 1500 damage without being killed. I think its now changed so that your crit chance increases by 10% for every 800 damage you do without being killed. I may be wrong this is just what a friend told me today.

Theres also a new thing that allows servers to change random damage on and off. It used to be that the damage of each classes weapon would be random. You can now turn it off so that each shot will have the same damage each time.

Rewrote Natascha's slowdown code to be more consitent
This is excellent news for the single heavy guys* out there. The KGB, a sandwich and Natascha.

* Not Advent. He gets all the medics.

damnit, I was hoping to be able to slip this in, enabled, unnoticed...and then just blame valve if there were any complaints

Valve have confirmed that the latest update will force medic healing beams onto Advent even if he is in the area and you don't want to heal him.
