They were so ashamed of reducing the DR cloak from 6.25 secs to 3 secs that they didn't even wrote it there.

I kinda miss the FaN's proper 3rd jump. 
On the other hand, (and I'm not sure if this is a bug or intended) you can now get ridiculously high jumps with it if you do a small jump and fire the FaN 45 degrees down at the ground. Lifts you up about quadruple jump height straight up, and then you can use your second jump to go forward. Very handy for getting around.
