We've got an update that should be out tomorrow with a bunch of bug & exploit fixes. Later this week we hope to have another update out that changes the way we store your unlockable items. You shouldn't notice much difference, other than if you play on multiple computers we'll now propagate your item choices. You can think of that update as the one that moves your inventory into the Steam Cloud. Once that's out of the way, we'll be able to ship the Scout pack.

I noticed they had updated the blog this morning. It sounds like its going to be interesting. The natascha update is going to be annoying as it slows me the fuck down and the bullet rapes me as it is!!

Is the server ready for an infestation of people running at a million miles an hour shouting annoying americanisms and double jumping just for fun!

the sadist in me would set classlimit scout 0 for the 48/72hr period after the update...and then ban anyone who joins the server in that timelimit with all acheivements unlocked

luckily(?) the nogoodpeacenik in me is stronger and I can resist these temptations(that and the prospect of facing the wrath of the grinding admins!! )

I probably just wont play that much during the initial scout mayhem. Well, maybe take sacha for a spin...but same as the other updates...wait for the mayhem to subside and play the class as normal, rightfully earn my treats

Class update day is always great. All the servers are filled with players playing the same class. The day the Pyro class update was released, servers were literally ON FIRE. The scout update has lots of promise.

I remember the three days following the pyro update, honestly i've never had so much fun in my life.

Needless to say when the scout update hits i'm going to go slightly spastic.

Oh well, we have still the Q3 server

...and bball and the backyard (which DOES have classlimit 2 when in war mode )

I look forward to trying to get achievements while Advent is mowing down dozens of scouts at the same time

I expect to see Advent battering the heads of heavy with his bat be nice to see ya running around again like a crazed loon!
