It's the top secret FB training facility!
well actually, after the germans dissolved in 1945 the dutch government setup quite some army bases because of the cold war. and there are a few bases left around utrecht, including 1 nuclear bunker.
The government didn't really appriciate google showing theire "top secret bases" (that every dutchman knows about)
that's the story in a nutshell

christ, even "area 51" is on google maps. even though the government says it doesn't exist.
