Amazing player, and creator of some of the most memorable basslines of all time.

Yeah, without this guy we wouldn't have Rappers Delight or countless other mixes that use his licks.

Also, what really grinds my gears is when people ask you to "play the Seinfeld thing" like its the height of bass guitar playing.

I really like his more recent stuff. Love Hard Normal Daddy, love Budakhan Mindphone and also hello everything. There is some really quality bass work on Just A Souvenir. The older stuff sometimes I find a bit unlistenable (but still not quite as bad as some Aphex Twin)
