Pistol now fires at a fixed rate, not based on the speed at which you press the firing button.

- The negative attribute has changed from "no double jump" to "-30 max health".

This is a good example how to effectively kill a fun , very situational and often useless weapon. For good measure - Let's take away that other purpose it served, too !

- Übercharged players can no longer be stunned.

I bet that makes total sense for 6vs6 and career "Scouts" that play no other class. Everyone else will notice that no weapon can be worth a 1/4 loss of total HP.
It's like the pyro +50 HP drama in reverse.

Engineers

# Sappers attached to a teleporter automatically place another Sapper on the other end of the teleporter, if it exists.
# Engineers wrenching a teleporter will repair the other end as well, and remove Sappers from both if they exist.

I'm not usually one that has a trouble with anything that makes the game more challenging for spies, but this makes it easier to maintain a siege. There was always a chance a spy could slip into the other team's home territory and sap the teleporter entrances, effectively granting his team a minute or two to break through or capture that one important point.
