And right now in work I have a choice of a pretty sturdy dual screen monitor arm thingy, a label printer, a mug and about a thousand elastic bands!
A bit farther afield I could get to a large supply of pretty pointy and hefty 500 page briefs.

But if the zombie apocalypse were to kick off now it's not the worst building to get besieged in. Electronic access to all the doors (internal and external) and stairwells (although they release in the event of a fire alarm so let's hope the zombies don't figure that one out!!), well stocked kitchen/canteen with 2 kitchenettes on each of the 6 floors, 8 large water tanks on the roof, showers, library and enough furniture for months of firewood with possible electrical generation potential.
