FESTERS PLACE

Wanted to get everone's story on how they found Festers.

I ran across Fester's while trying to find a good server when I first bought the Orange Box. There are alot of servers out there where people act to much like little kids. Invited my m8 Mike and we have really enjoyed our selves on it. We have a good blance of people on this server. Even though I'm not a drinker or smoker, I find it funny listing to you guys go about your conversation while stoned or plastered.

I was told by Vorrik. He told me to join the server one night. Said something like "I've found this cool Irish server". I was looking around for Irish servers before but there are very few and they definitely don't have the same charm as Festers does.

Anyway I immediately added it to my favorites and now its very rare that I go to any other server.

This thread seems like a repetition of Fester's request for testimonials for the new site.

I found it because I was friends with DHARMA AGENT and she didn't seem to come on to our server anymore so I followed her here to play in her company. When I noticed that people seemed to use their mics and have convos (most of the time hilarious) and were very welcoming I decided to stay.

Known Jase, fest and only a few others since i started playing TF2 on a old very popular server 24/7 2fort server, them and my dad (once the server died) made another one called 24/7 Well CTF which died as well then came Festers place. There

Nothing particular; I came as a total stranger when found this server randomly, and there was a good company there, so, it started quickly becoming my favourite server.

I randomly found it. The banter was so good I dont plan to leave, played every night for the past 5 nights Just about to see if anyone is online now

found the old 2fort server, got an invite to the old school MOTU clan, made an impression and been coming and going ever since
