Now after watching that I ask, who likes what tea, and how do you like it, for it is the drink of kings and those who meow. Is sugar needed, milk or nought etc

Mine is black tea with 2 lotsa sugaryness.

[btw if you have over 3/4 sugars just put with diabetes :D )

there's a black tea that's very good with some sugar and cookies, sometimes with some milk. But my fav is one that (supposedly) tastes like peach.

Those that have this particular tastes (peach, apple+cinnamon, lime) are not to be mixed with milk, no matter what.

Earl Grey with honey. I like sleepytime too-I think it has lavender in it. If there is no honey diabetes and milk will do.
Coffee > Tea
Coffee gets diabetes and cream. Or a non-dairy creamer which is sometimes flavored.

A nice cup of East Friesian blend, with rock-sugar and cream...

Or if I'm at work just plain coffee with milk, no sugar.
