I read a post by someone saying there was a similar case between MS and Lotus with regards to the Menu Bar (File | Edit etc). Lotus sued MS and the court said no. It had been around long enough that it was too common place for it to be laid claim to. Sounds like precedence to me. Whats the world coming to
