Cock'eye I dont want to hurt your patriotism/nationalism or anything but ever consider that those towns are called that way because many of the original settlers named them after towns from their country of origin? back then there was no "we" and "they" it was just english/dutch/german/french/chinese etc ppl living in the new world.
