Believe it or not there is a kick-ass mod for Zelda 64 that ups all the textures, WarezBB has a version of it, of course you should only download the rom if you have the original Cartridge

Very nice mod.

Personnaly preffered the Windwaker. Although my friends and I went through a fase of playing the two game boy colour Zelda games over and over. Zelda and original Pokémon games, addicted to them as a child.

eh mountie i was wondering what emulator u use for ur 64 games, i havent found anything that feels as good as znes (snes emulator) and without having an old N64 controler with a working joystick ive been without the best of the zelda games amoung others

I just use Project 64 and a standard Thrustmaster gamepad with analog sticks, works pretty well if you tweak the controls and graphics a bit.
Although if you have a Wii it is possible to play all parts as well, just get the Collectors Edition and Windwaker for Gamecube, emulators and roms for the NES and SNES versions, and for Twilight Princess it doesn't matter whether you have the GC or Wii Version, I prefer the GC one but they're both good.
