ya I did, but I have also known that Perry McCarthy was the first stig for years, this isnt about the first stig (who subsequently went on to do some driving stuff for that shitty sky one show "vroom vroom" or something named like that) who bosco rightly pointed out was relieved of duty for "outing" himself in a book

I went looking for the Mirror article, it's from 2006(before hammonds accident), and it's the daily mail, can find references to it, but cannot find the actual article. Their search engine hurts me.

If you peruse the finalgear.com forums (where I get me top gear torrents) you will find countless references to the man over the last couple of years. But none about DucatiGary(a biker, the stig??)

Collins has been on quite a few episodes, was the pro-racer in their 24hr race, was the dude that drove for the parachute landing in moving car dealie, raced the bowler downhill, and was in with the touring car racers for the car soccer thingy

No, the first one died after driving a Jag off the end of an aircraft carrier.

I saw the youtube video a few months back it clearly shows the stig talking then cuts to mr collins.
