Its a good show that has gone through some rubbish phases. The first chapter of season three was god awful. The newest one seems pretty good though.
Re: My name is Sylar
I like it but I can't stand when they fracture the season by having "2" unique storylines that leave me bewildered.
I sometimes have a hard time watching Lost but at least there tends to be less fillers and eventually more information and sub-plots are leaked out during the course of the season. Heroes just moves the goals posts and walks away!!

Re: My name is Sylar
They had the Writer's strike during season 2 which is a shame because it was a good season considering it was 12eps. I watched some special features and the part where Peter catches the virus, he was supposed to drop it and the whole season and rest of series was about rebuilding the city and some other stuff ^^
EDIT: I think that season 4-6 and 7 were the highlights of smallville, they had amazing storylines in them and the cliffhangers were fresh

Cliffhangers are a scourge and must be eradicated, a cheap way to hook people, the fucking Da-Vinci-code-syndrome. Am i the only one to love the good old non concatenated tv series episodes? :p

Re: My name is Sylar
With smallville, the seasons 4-6-7 had great new ones, but through the rest of it there was just clark running from home because he hurt someone and Lex or someone is in danger. These ones were good but S7's one was just a tad like S1's cliffhanger, it just goes silent when something collapses on them or something dangerous

Re: My name is Sylar
Cliffhangers are awesome if they are done correctly.... none of your mamby pamby american kinda cliffhangers but the ones in Doctor Who from the 80's.
I'm sure I heard they started in Doctor Who (Well for us anyway). They were sheer class.
