Proxy idle server: EDIT WRONG AGAIN, STILL WORKING

Some fellars unleashed this a while back, but it quickly died after a TF2 update. It's been fixed once again and can be downloaded here:

I simply runs a small box on screen (see below) that logs you into a TF2 server without actually starting up the full TF2 game. You can gain items and hats through this and is handy enough if you are desperate enough to want a Hat.

Steam will still show you to be playing TF2 so you won't be able to play Steam only games while this is running. If someone looks at your game info in the friends list, they will see the below box.
The game logs you into a fake server tricking the game into thinking you are in spectator mode. However, this means you have just as much a chance as you do while playing the game normally, so this is by no means a fool-proof plan. It just means you can run this program and then shag off to play some other game, do some work or doss about online.

I got 2 Flare guns and a Natasha through this before the current release and a Sandman and Razorback in the current so I can asure you it works.

EDIT2: Valve's Ninja update has once again, ever so slightly changed something, causing the featured version of this neat little program to crash and burn. When the next one comes up (and it likely will), I'll repost.

EDIT3: Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii- I must have been having some bad connection or somthing, wasn't working for me before. I'll double check in future.

The idle server isn't VAC-secured, so you don't need to worry about that. This is an awesome plugin though, gonna run it while not playin' TF2 or L4D. Newest version has a setting to delete duplicate items, woot.

Why would you delete duplicate items anyway? Isn't the point of getting them so you can trade them in the future? (although most items will be very difficult to get rid of!)

How is this trading thing supposed to work? Do you trade with other players or is it like you trade those 700 spare weapons you have for a brand-spanking new hat.

Sadly, trading isn't implemented by Valve yet. As far as I know you can just give your shit to new players to help them out when the drop chance's screwed them over and they don't have key unlocks like Bloodsauger, Sandvich etc.

I think I read somewhere that weapons gained from drops would be slightly different stat wise from each other or am I thinking this due to playing Guild to much.....
