I saw that all right, but I'm presuming it uses the ip address that vote is cast from to make sure the same person doesn't vote twice. But if I visited the site through a number of proxy servers, the ip would be different each time. I think!!! Maybe I'd better not, just in case

It'll either be IP bound or cookies and/or both. Using proxys would help and maybe clearing out cookies too.. or... everytime you vote use a different proxy and new browser prog.
