As you can easily see on the pictures i´ve been posting i´m kinda sturdy (a.k.a. big, a.k.a. i´m hungry since the 1st day) guy!
And as i´ve been monitoring I ain´t the only one here.
Since there is a principle called "actio et reactio" you may have a guess now which "actio" is responsible for that "reactio"

Too shorten the thing a bit here:
I love food - Good food, greasy food, strange food, tasty food, local food, granny´s food and especially mom´s (in my case more often dad´s) food and food made of food.
Food I haven´t mention is foreign food - which is your cuisine to me and my cuisine to the most of you.
So my idea is to show each other, which food you like or better to say to put some recipes in here which are either recipes of your favourite food or your local cuisine.
For example I´d love to get a recipe for an authentic "Irish stew" or that "Haggedyhag"-stuff made of sheep´s balls!
But of course dishes from all the other countries as well: Portuguese, swedish, israelian, english, canadian, austrian, german, bulgarian, norwegian, belgian, dutch, moroccan, ukrainian, danish, american, finnish, faroe islandian, czech, russian, polish, spanish, greek, french and all other nice countries´ cuisines i´ve forgotten.
I think if you are interested in this we might get a quite interesting and diversified collection of really good food here...
I will start it up these days putting in one or two recipes for some common/local german dishes.
It would also be cool if you try to get a translation for the dishes´ in here and a short explanation of ingredients/terms for ingredients which may not be known to the most of us.
Important is to get us some good traditional fare in here and not just copying/pasting it from the internet!
Hopefully some of you are as keen on this as I am

Otherwise I just keep

So pls. lemme know your mindset about this topic!
With this in mind:
Guten Appetit! (= Enjoy your meal!)
