currently have the gallon jar in my fridge...only about 5 left. I <3 all normal things pickled.
Pickled onion dip.
cream cheese at room temp, and how ever many pickled onions you like, cut into pieces (I like a lot).
Mix, and dip with chips (crisps).

OMG Dharma, kosher foods.. lol ^^ had that in English class yesterday, its so funny, I have to have english class here, just end up trying to lay low and not be a smartass by constantly correcting the teacher

but then we had a listing of a US supermarket and I got stumped on kosher foods, wth that is.. must be cause I'm not very religious or anything.

They are not "kosher" per-say. They are just made in the New York Jewish style which is with added garlic to the brine. Most dill pickles here are "kosher". Although, the pickles I have are actually kosher in the religious sense...I got them from Pennsylvania Dutch country.
