It's a swine. I had one to fix from someone although it's not permanent. Take it to bits. Remove the fans and the heatsink (if possible). Wrap it in a towel. Turn it on. Leave it for about 30mins.
Turn it off and let it cool for 15 mins and rebuild.

Heard the new Jasper boards are supposed to be decent when it comes to not-RRODing, but the problem is still not totally fixed.
I mean, it's all windy stairs. I'm not being funny.
