Valve always plays tricks. There have been subtle hints that this will be an engie update.

Every update causes toco to get itchy and bitchy at the lack off attention to the engy. It's as regular as the sun coming up.

Some folks are just never happy. I think the engy has had more than his fair share of loving. Time for another class to get tweaked.
