I think il keep the orange scope as blue scope looks too similar to original at a quick glance making it hard to identify which sniper it would be (if it makes it into the game ofcourse) And wood stock for me feels better because it doesnt look as bland. Il wait more oppinions though but i think il end up going for wood.

Well you should start with watching a lot tutorials, get familiar with UI, functions and stuff. Watch tutorials and follow them on anything, even if its modelling a chair, you can use the same techniques later on anything

So what I do is just Make a hat/weapon, send it to Valve and hope for it to get accepted`?
Oh and can you upload People to the program`? Like sending the Engineer in and change him`?

you can import one of the player models and use it as a reference when creating your hat/weapon/whatnot
