Special Valve Weapons?

This is the first time I see these level 100 weapons, so I have a lot of questions:

Does anyone know anything about them? What is the purpose of these weapons? Is there any way to access them? Will they ever be available for the public? (Honestly, I hope not. )

I think they have hidden the stats on them now, whether that means they are now normal weapons with different names or they are super weapons I don't know.

I remember reading somewhere that they were identical to the normal weps just with silly stats in the description

Cant see the vid at work but wasn't there special weapons for the valve teams? Rocket launcher had 6 instead of 4.. demo pipe bomb had 6 instead of 4 and so on!!

I know that sometimes the valve team wields 'valve weaps' that do have super stats. So sometimes they like to mess around with them but most of the time are just silly stats. There was an interview in Pc Gamer (I think) that was about them and one dude said he had uber rocket launcher that he killed himself with more often than not.

So I guess that's the developers' own "twisted" way of having fun, well at least they could have shared those nifty weapons with the public so that I can enjoy killing myself too. But anyway, I've been thinking of giving all this up and moving on, a little research using Google has let me know that these stuff were never meant for us customers after all (reason here), and yes, they have too insane attributes.
