Funny thing is If i test to Galway I get slightly better results.


But if I test to Limerick(which speedtest chooses by default and the one that's physically closest) it's utter shite.

Tried with Manchester (which for some reason is better than a server less than 15 miles to me) and a bit of an improvement

I guess it's possible your exchange is the other side of you, maybe in Manchester, More lilkely I'd say is that your traffic goes to London then back. Could test this with tracert to the 2 locations on win CLI
