I download from the link and had the same problem, download from l4dmods and there were no errors. Installing now,thoughts on it later

either way the campaign is unstable

game crashed to the debugger twice, once while changing maps and another one alt-tabbing back to game.

Looks cool and lacks to some degree a sense of direction.Also a lot´s of zombies not Blood Hospital hordes but close
